Stone Island Residences is the name given to the latest addition of an award-winning portfolio of luxury waterfront properties located at the heart of the prestigious Cayman Islands Yacht Club. Stone Island is an exclusive gated community, made up of 44 luxury residences with lush landscapes and world-class resort amenities.
We were approached by the International Realty Group (IRG) ahead of this web design project as they were looking for a creative team who could deliver a beautifully designed and functional website in a short space of time. The focus was on lead generation as the marketing team were set to promote the new residences to a wide audience.
Web Design
At the outset of the project we were provided with the Stone Island Residences logo and colour scheme. We then developed the identity by creating associated illustrations, graphics, and iconography that complemented the existing style.
The project was notable for the inclusion of an interactive Residences portfolio that would allow users to select a property from an interactive map. Upon selection more detail would be provided showing floor plans, views and local amenities.
