Business Email FAQs
Can I keep my existing email address?
Yes. If you already have a domain, we’ll set your email up on it. If you’d like to move to a new one, we can help with that too.
Will I lose my existing emails when I switch?
No. We migrate your existing emails across to your new account as part of the setup process using a migration tool, so your full inbox history moves with you. If for any reason the migration tool cannot work with your existing mailbox – we will quote for a manual migration.
What's the difference between the two plans?
The Email plan gives you a professional Microsoft Exchange mailbox, which is brilliant for email, calendar and contacts. The Microsoft 365 plan adds the full suite of Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more), Teams, SharePoint and 1TB of OneDrive storage per user. If your team uses the Office applications, Microsoft 365 is the one to go for.
Does it work with Outlook?
Yes. Both plans connect natively with Outlook on Windows and Mac, as well as the Outlook app on iPhone and Android.
What's the setup fee for?
Setting up business email properly involves configuring DNS records, verifying your domain, migrating your existing email and getting your devices connected. The one-off setup fee covers all of that work so your email is running correctly from day one.
Can I add more mailboxes later?
Absolutely. Each additional mailbox is added to your monthly bill at the same per-mailbox rate. A small setup fee applies for each new addition.
What if I need help after setup?
We’re your ongoing support contact. If you have a question or something isn’t working, give us a call or drop us an email and we’ll sort it.
