The Drawing Room seats up to 18 comfortably, with room to squeeze in a couple more if needed. Give board meetings in Exeter the gravitas they deserve. Or train larger groups in a comfortable and elegant space
With a 55” HD TV, you’ll have plenty of temptation to avoid ‘death by powerpoint’ and heaps of room for your guests to watch. Need a different layout? No problem, just ask. A boardroom style meeting room isn’t for everyone. We can rearrange the layout to a theatre style or move the tables into a horseshoe or into groups with a separate break out area.

Unlike city-centre venues, parking here is free and plentiful. We have spaces at both the front and rear of our building at 35 Marsh Green Road, Marsh Barton, just follow the signage when you arrive.
We’re just 2 miles from Exeter city centre, less than a 10-minute drive away, with easy access from the M5 via junction 30. We’re also just 1 mile from the A30, making us easy to reach and ensuring your guests won’t be circling for a parking space or paying city centre car park rates.

Unfortunately we don’t provide catering, but we’re happy for you to bring your own catering or arrange a catering delivery. All we ask is a heads-up of when it will be delivered so we can receive the delivery for you. Even if you don’t fancy organising catering, there are several sandwich shops and cafes nearby.
Are your meeting rooms wheelchair accessible?
Our meeting rooms are all on the ground floor. Our main entrance has a small step, however, our side access is level with a minimal threshold to cross. We also have an accessible toilet. If any of your delegates have accessibility needs, please talk to us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements for them on the day of your hire.
