Based in Exeter, Passmore Care Services have been supporting people with learning disabilities for nearly 20 years. Their caring and dedicated team work closely with their clients, offering an enabling service to help them go about their daily lives and give them choice and control. The team is headed up by Janice and Neil Passmore who started the company in 2004.
With a move to a brand new office premises on the horizon, Passmore Care Services approached us to look at refreshing their brand image ready for new signage and wall art to bring their new offices to life and create a gorgeous working environment for their team.
Starting off the project, we looked at the existing logo for Passmore Care that had served them well for numerous years, it was important to them that the new brand still gave a nod towards the history of the business and their story whilst also giving a fresh and updated look for their fresh start. Experimenting with various logo designs and typographic styles our team of graphic designers worked up a handful of logo ideas to present to Janice and Neil.
With a minor refinement process, the final logo was set and brand styles developed to lock in colours, choice of typography brand style. Using the new logo and brand style, we could get cracking with the new stationery and promotional items and also following a detailed site survey, start visuals for the external and internal signage for the new office.
The project utilised a range of different signage formats, from 3D acrylic logos, both inside and outside, to cut vinyl, and full printed wall graphics that transformed the office with bold areas of brand colour and gorgeous photography of Exeter and the local area. Our installation team completed the install ready for the move-in date of the new office.
Seeing the final result altogether is fantastic; the new logo works really well applied across stationery, mugs, coasters, lanyards, and large 3D signs both inside and outside. This was a great project to work on, from start to finish, guiding and shaping the new brand and using our experience of knowing how to design for print and large format signage. The client was delighted with the end result.
